Abstract
Finding a community can be a challenge to many adults. The short documentary, Adult Skater, questions the importance of community for adult figure skaters. The film explores the lives of three adults who practice figure skating at the Dallas Galleria ice rink. Each skater shares their journey of how the began skating and the bonds they develop along the way.
